At Laddu Gopal Dresses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return

Requests for replacement, return, or refund will be entertained only if submitted within 7-10 working days of receiving the product. Customers may also initiate such requests prior to delivery.
Please note: We shall not consider any requests for replacement, return, or refund after 7-10 working days from the date of product delivery.

Eligibility Criteria (Must Be Met Within 7-10 Working Days):

We will process replacement or return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product has not been used or worn.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, which must be intact, unbroken, and unsoiled.

  • If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product supplied differs from the product ordered.
  • If the supplied product has not been used or worn out.
  • If the customer returns it in the same original packaging in which it was received, ensuring the original packaging is neither broken nor soiled.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel the order online before the product is shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded to you. Otherwise, if you do not cancel before shipping, your cancellation request will not be considered, and the item will be shipped to you. Refunds for cancelled products will be credited to the original method of payment used within 7 working days.

Refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or the wrong product. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us at the provided number on our website with details of the product and the issue.

  • Inspection & NotificationOnce we receive the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within 3–5 business days regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method within the same timeframe.
  • Replacements: If eligible for a replacement, the new product will be shipped and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7-10 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
  • Items returned without prior notification or outside the 7-10 days return window may not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
